Even complex series of information can be visually prepared with the new Visio Standard 2019 in order to represent data in an understandable way.

Diagrams produced using Microsoft Visio Standard 2019 also work across systems. This means that diagrams can be viewed on almost any device and using any operating system. This is made possible by browser support for diagrams and apps, which are available in the Apple Store for tablets such as the iPad Pro. Using diagrams on a touchscreen with multi-touch support is particularly intuitive, as users can simply zoom in and out with their finger. Diagrams may be created on a computer, but users can present them clearly on any device.

As with every new product in the Office 2019 family, Microsoft requires Windows 10 to be installed for Visio Standard 2019 in order to create diagrams. The software can therefore only be used with one of the editions of Windows 10. It is a product key for a single device such as a desktop PC or a notebook. Microsoft guarantees new updates for this Visio Standard 2019 license for at least five years after the release date of the software.
